Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee has responsibility for setting the Group’s remuneration policy including executive remuneration, share arrangements, all employee share plans, bonus plans and pensions. The Remuneration Committee sets the levels of remuneration of the Executive Directors and the Chairman and other senior executives and prepares an annual remuneration report for approval by the Shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting.

The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Karen Geary and its other members are Bryan Joseph and Ian Chapple.

The Company’s shareholders approved the Directors’ Remuneration Policy at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Policy will be in place for the 2024, 2025 and 2026 Financial Years and can be found here.
