Anneka Kingan

Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary

Anneka Kingan was appointed Company Secretary to both Sabre Insurance Group plc and Sabre Insurance Company Limited when she joined the Group in May 2018, and became Chief Risk Officer in October 2019. Anneka is a qualified Chartered Secretary, with over eighteen years’ experience in corporate governance and risk.

Prior to joining Sabre, she was employed as the Group Company Secretary at ITE Group plc, as Deputy Company Secretary at ASOS plc, and in various corporate governance roles at the Bank of America and Prudential plc.

Anneka holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Risk Analysis from King’s College, London, and an Executive MBA from the University of Nottingham.
