Policy Operations
The Policy Operations Department is responsible for the administrative and operational tasks for all our policies, we ensure that all the behind-the-scenes work on a policy runs smoothly from the time it is created until it expires.
Business is received by electronic data interchange and a robust workflow system is used to handle incoming business efficiently.
Our team conduct premium, and risk validation checks on policies, working closely with other areas of the business such as Actuarial, Electronic Trading, and Claims. In addition, we handle technical queries and referrals via phone, email, and live chat.
New recruits join Sabre’s Milestone Scheme and are rewarded in line with their performance. During their first two years with Sabre, they receive pay increments every four months with six reviews in total to ensure that their remuneration reflects the value they are adding through the investment in their training.
Future opportunities to diversify into other departments and teams also exist.
